About this workshop:

This brief 2.5-hour CPD workshop will focus on working therapeutically with offenders within a forensic setting. This training is for those who have qualified to level 4 with extensive clinical experience or those nearing completion of their training at level 5, and upwards.

Please Note: This workshop will be delivered online via zoom and an internet connection and a computer is required.

About the facilitator:

Ciara Smyth is a 2012 graduate from the MSc Person-centred Psychotherapy and the SPTI Diploma in Clinical Supervision. Ciara is currently the Deputy Clinical Director at HMP Dovegate. She is an accredited UKCP Psychotherapist and Supervisor, qualified Forensic Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, and registered and accredited with the British Psychoanalytic Council with ample specialist experience in forensic services and eating disorders, including training and experience working with high-risk offenders.
