We are seeking a trainee facilitators to join our experienced and friendly team in delivering our MSc Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy programme. We are a diverse team of practitioners, looking to increase this diversity with colleagues who are interested in and committed to Transactional Analysis philosophies, theories, research, and practice.
In order to be eligible to apply applicants will need:
- To be registered as a Certified Transactional Analyst with EATA
- To be either registered as a PTSTA with EATA or will be undertaking a TEW within the next 12 months.
- To be registered as a psychotherapist with the UKCP for a minimum of one year.
- To be a member of UKATA & EATA
- To maintain such registrations for the contract duration.
- Not to be subject to any unresolved ethical complaints.
- Not to have been found guilty of serious professional misconduct or ethical misconduct.
Trainee Facilitators: We are specifically looking for applications from UKCP registered psychotherapists who hold a CTA and have begun the journey towards the TEW process and anticipate completion in the next 12 months. Or those who have recently attained PTSTA status and looking to develop their experience of teaching and supervising. The trainee facilitator position is a fully supported option which through induction, training, assessment and successful completion of the TEW & 12 months in the trainee post leads to full facilitator status.
